Three-Phase Working Principle: The bowl and screw rotate at high speeds with a differential speed between them. Materials enter through the feed tube, where centrifugal force separates components by specific weight. Heavy liquids accumulate on the bowl walls for discharge, while lighter liquids form an inner ring. Solids are continuously pushed to the taper end and discharged.

The LW series 2-phase sedimentation decanter centrifuge is a horizontal, continuously operating system with spiral discharge, ideal for sewage sludge dewatering and thickening.
